I’m about to get my PTO on! I’m taking the next week off to head home, hang out with some family, see some old haunts, etc.. I’m just hoping I can use it to actually feel like I am getting away from work.
The challenge is that there is a big project about to go live at work and as we are ramping up, I hope things for me don’t go crazy while I’m away. I really don’t want to have to follow things while I am out. I’ve been doing a better job of ignoring work stuff on some of my last vacations so hopefully I can continue that.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and has a great week!
The Review
Here’s what happened on the blog last week:
- Monday: Doug Christie
- Tuesday: Kent Anderson, Al Secord
- Wednesday: Keith Jennings
- Thursday: Chris Perez
- Friday: Brian Kingman
- Saturday: Ron Kittle
- Sunday: Steve Searcy
Again, no #twofortuesday theme last week. These were just the last posts in the backlog and there’s been no themes coming up.
The Preview
Here’s what I have coming up for this week:
- Monday: Tony, Tony, Tony…
- Tuesday: The eagle has Landeta…
- Tuesday: Sweeney Jim…
- Wednesday: Coachman bag…
- Thursday: Beej…
- Friday: Reyes of sunshine…
- Saturday: Mr. Greene Jeans…
- Sunday: Benoit Blanc…
I’m back to a #twofortuesday theme! There were two former New York football players in the mix of the backlog so we’re going with a New York theme.
Other Notes
I had a really great week for the first time in a little bit last week. There were 20 total returns and only one of them was a failure. The failure was from Ty Cline who is now charging $5 per autograph. I also got back one paid return form Ken Hill.
The other interesting return, or returns actually, was from Rex Hudler. He returned two back from the Royals team address. One of them was my loan straggler for the week at 337 days out. Nothing else was over 58 days old.
The Recent TTM Success page will be updated next weekend.
Have a great week!
