Review / Preview – Week of 10/31

TTM Review Preview

Halloween tomorrow, what are you giving out?

I still don’t think we have any candy. If we have it in the house we tend to eat it so we might be scrounging at the store for something tomorrow. I just read an article about someone who had a goal to give out king size candy bars when they became and adult. I feel like lots of people talk about that goal, but I don’t know that that many people actually do it.

But my favorite is Sean in my neighborhood (@seanssportscards on IG) because he gives out packs of cards that he puts together. Maybe I’ll send my kids his way…

Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

There was no specific theme this week but I did make a theme for the #twofortuesday. It was all Chicago this week with Tony Muser and Mike Harkey in White Sox and Cubs uniforms respectively.

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: Don’t Crosby him…
  • Tuesday: Once a student, now LeMaster…
  • Tuesday: Nate the Great…
  • Wednesday: From the Manson family…
  • Thursday: Rowland, Rowland, Rowland your boat…
  • Friday: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory…
  • Saturday: Gotta go to Moehler’s…
  • Sunday: Jolly old St. Nicosia…

Some of these are pretty obvious. I do have a theme for the #twofortuesday with three different ones to choose from to fit into the two spots for that day. We’re going to San Francisco everyone!

Other Notes

This wasn’t too bad a week. I was pretty much on track with 17 returns. It started off like gangbusters with I think ten in the first two days. Then things petered out a bit before picking up again later in the week.

There was only one straggler that was out for almost a year. That was Lance Broadway who was out for 361 days. After that Mark Teahen was out for 123 and everything else was under 90 days. I got two paid returns back this week from Ralph Garr and Dan Petry.

The Recent TTM Success page is updated.

Have a great week!
