Review / Preview – Week of 2/15

TTM Review Preview

My neighborhood is covered with ice. Like we don’t have enough danger out there right now. Let’s add about a quarter to half inch of ice over EVERYTHING!

I walk some elderly neighbors papers to their houses and I’m pretty lucky to not have busted my ass trying to cross the street. As I was walking out there this morning the paper guy was taking another trip through and he had to stop at a house and just spun his tires. It was almost like his truck was some kind of toy you rev up with the way it happened. But I made it through OK.

I’m teaching my daughter to drive and I’m thinking I might have to brave it with her and take her to a parking lot to spin around a bit and learn how to be safe out there. That should be a fun time!

Stay safe out there!

The Review

Here’s what happened on the blog last week:

Even though I’m doing random posts, sometimes I think I could plan a little better. For instance, why didn’t I shift the two White Sox I posted this week (Bell and Berry) to be on #twofortuesday? As my favorite band The Bouncing Souls once wrote, “You didn’t plan to fail, you just failed to plan.”

The Preview

Here’s what I have coming up for this week:

  • Monday: Maybe he’s a Hurdler…
  • Tuesday: Better than Underbay…
  • Tuesday: I wonder who his Muser is…
  • Wednesday: I bet he doesn’t like when his spouse gets Nagy…
  • Thursday: One of my favorite signatures…
  • Friday: Famous for the scribble…
  • Saturday: Eddie T…
  • Sunday: A grown up Bad New Bear…

Most of these seem way to obvious. Maybe I just don’t have the heart for good puns today.

Other Notes

23 returns for the week! This is a pretty great streak of weekly success numbers I’m going through right now. I keep thinking it will end. It could be even better if the mail cooperates and I get everything that Informed Delivery says is supposed to get here. I’m hoping it’s just in my neighbors house and I just need to go check at the end of the month.

I’m up to 375 in the backlog. Seems like that’s just going to grow for the foreseeable future.

Have a great week!
