The Story of the Autograph
Jeff Ballard is a former starting pitcher in the major leagues. He played in seven seasons between 1987 and 1994 with the Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Score on Jeff Ballard – 6.5
Jeff is such a consistent signer. His signature always comes out great and he seems to always use a really nice marker and everything that you need to get some good ink on your card. I think my favorite of these card might be both of the Leaf cards. I really don’t like the design for the 1991 Leaf but that signature really improves it.
