The Story of the Autograph
Jeff Ballard is a former left-handed pitcher in the major leagues. He played from 1987 to 1994 with the Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Pirates.

Jeff is a signer that I kind of discovered more recently in my TTM hobby. But he seems to be a pretty reliable signer. He’s used a great marker in the returns I’ve gotten from him. He’s also another great example of someone who has a great match of marker to signature.
